Refund and Returns Policy

At Jodiaa Lifestyle, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need assistance with your order. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Customization and Personalization
Since most of our products are customized, including T-shirts, hoodies, polo T-shirts, and crop tops, we do not offer returns or exchanges for personalized products unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@jodiaa.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Note: We will process your request after verifying the issue. If the product is confirmed as defective or damaged, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of stock.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
3. Incorrect Product
- If you receive the wrong product (e.g., wrong size, color, or design), please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery with relevant images and details.
- We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send you the correct product as soon as possible, or process a refund.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items with personalized text, images, or design.
- Items that have been worn or used.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds for Damaged/Defective Products: If your product is damaged or defective and a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the approval of your refund request. The amount will be credited back to your payment method, depending on the bank’s processing time.
6. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin production and customization of the items, and cancellations will not be accepted.
7. How to Return a Product
- If you qualify for a return or exchange, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when returning it.
8. Non-refundable Charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping charges paid at checkout will not be reimbursed, except in the case of a damaged or defective product.
